Magic Keto Bars with Sugar-Free Condensed Milk

1 bar

ZoRaw Protein Dark Chocolate bar

1 1/2 cup

Almond Flour

1/2 cup

Unsalted Butter (melted)

1/2 cup

Unsweetened coconut flakes

1 cup

chopped nuts (walnuts and/or pecans)

 Keto Condensed Milk: 

2 cups  Heavy whipping cream
2/3 cups powdered sweetener of choice (e.g. Erythritol)
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract


1) Make Keto Condensed Milk:

  1. Combine heavy whipping cream and powdered sweetener in saucepan and bring up to a boil.
  2. Lower temperature to simmer.
  3. Whisk every few minutes until mixture has reduced by 1/3.
  4. Once reduced, remove from heat and add butter and vanilla extract.

2) Make Magic Bars:

  1. Combine almond flour and melted butter in bowl until combined (mixture should be crumbly but still sticking together when pressed.
  2. Butter 9x13 inch pan and press almond flour mixture into bottom.
  3. Spread keto condensed milk evenly on top of the almond mixture.
  4. Add coconut, chopped up nuts and ZoRaw bar evenly on top. Press ingredients down with a spatula
  5. Bake for at 350 F for 25 mins or until golden brown.
  6. Cool before serving.
