The chocolate tastes great. You would never know that it wasn’t full of sugar. High in fibre and protein so you feel a little less guilty indulging.

The consistency of every bar is perfect! A great snap and melts really nice in your mouth. I wasn’t expecting such a bitter taste in the dark chocolate so that’s my only complaint after trying the variety 3 flavour box. Love the almond and love the milk chocolate! For the size and the way the health foods economy is I think they are very reasonably priced by market standards. I wouldn’t buy them every month but certainly multiple times for the year around holidays when I want to be “good”. Great chocolate, high protein, and no diabetic sugar spikes!
I have purchased multiple quantities at least 3x, and these are great chocolate bars! They are a nice treat that help me keep my blood sugars down!
