Cupcake:

 2 Large | Eggs |
3 Tbsp | Salted Butter |
3/4 Cup | Whole Milk |
1/4 Cup | Unsweetened Cocoa Powder |
1/4 Cup | Erythritol |
3/4 Cup | Coconut Flour |
1/4 Tsp | Vanilla Extract |

ZoRaw Protein Dar Chocolate bar |
3/4 cup | Powdered Erythritol |
2 Tbsp | Heavy Whipping Cream |
1/2 Cup | Butter |
Directions:
Cupcakes:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place muffin liners into tin and use butter (or coconut oil) to ensure cupcakes release easily from liners.
- In bowl, combine butter, sugar substitute and eggs until well mixed.
- Add in milk, vanilla extract and melted ZoRaw. Mix until combined.
- Add coconut flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined. Add cocoa powder last and mix.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to fully cool before frosting them (30-45 minutes)
Frosting:
- In bowl, whip together butter, sweetener and melted ZoRaw.
- Add whipping cream and combine until desired consistency (more whipping cream for thicker frosting).
- Ice cupcakes once fully cooled.
